The product is perfect. The packaging needs improvement. If they were in a flip top box it would help. They seem to break off at the filter when they slide out of the pack in my pocket.

There are many kinds of shisha out there that have let me down in the past. I decided to try this Black Martini Shisha a few weeks ago. The difference between this shisha and cheaper brands was astounding. I really enjoyed the blackberry flavor. The aroma was very strong though, which I didn't care for, but it was worth it for the awesome flavor experience. The cost made me feel a little apprehensive, but after I tried it, I realized great quality doesn't have to be expensive.
