Just for fun I decided to try out something new by getting a four pack sampler of the Punch Char-broil combo cigars from BnB Tobacco. The sampler contained one Rare Corojo Magnum cigar, a regular Magnum cigar, a Gran Puro Rancho cigar, one of the Upper Cut Robusto cigars and a neat little smoker box. Afterwards, I discovered that this was the best way to try out more than one different kind of cigar without having to spend a lot of money to experiment a little.

I decided to order the St. Luis Rey Toro cigar sampler just to see what it was like. It arrived fine and I was ready to light up when my brother showed up. He knew I smoked cigars and said he was interested in trying one of mine. I was not too thrilled about sharing my samplers since I only had a limited amount, but he is my brother and you have to be nice. He loved this cigar and ordered a full box. It worked out fine in the end, because for turning him on to this good cigar, he presented me with a whole box at Christmas. I guess it was ok to have shared with him after all. I introduced cigar smoking to someone new and I got a great gift from it all.

This sampler is a nice way to try different types of cigars if you are not yet sure what you like and don't like in a cigar. I liked that the assortment is made with not only a variety of tobaccos but a variety of wrappers too. I got to try five different types of cigars, and now I understand my preferences much better. The Olde World Reserve were my favorite, although I have to say I didn't really like the Rocky Patel Decade. Just too strong for my personal taste. The box that these came in is nice. It's solid wood, and I'm going to keep it to store other cigars in the future. I received this as a gift and had to ask where they bought it; I heard nothing but good things about BnB.
