occasionally i'll have a couple of cigars where the filter is not attached to the cigar to make a good seal. i have no problem overall.
Service and delivery comments:
i always get my product in a timely fashion in good condition. the box of matches is a nice touch, and on my last order was a sample of the Lex 12 little cigars. other delivery options would be nice, but over all, i am completely satisfied.
