I have owned many cig. makers, the EXCEL Premier is far better then any other I have had.

I like the size of the machine, easy to use, but the spring can break easy.

How can I get a new holder nozzel? mine is cracked.

This machine is very good with the exception of the holding nozzel and the spring tower, they tend to break but the spring tower is an ez fix with a small machine screw and a couple washers and nut. the nozzel just needs replacement both fixes are ez and can be done at home!
