Ranked #6 by Cigar Aficionado, Rocky Patel 15th Anniversary cigars are made in Nicaragua, something new for him. Patel owns part of this cigar factory, which operates much like a fabrica in Little Havana or Cuba proper, making cigars with two binder leaves and finishing the heads with triple-seam caps. They are delicious smokes, none finer than the Toro, which is nutty and rich, with lots of hickory flavor on the palate. Said to be the Decade on steroids, the cigar has spicy pepper finish with the combination of earth, espresso and sweet chocolate.
