I only gave these 3 stars because they weren't quite what was expected. I have been a pipe smoker for many years, and have smoked many different blends. While these claim to be a pipe tobacco blend, they do not have the flavor or aromatic qualities associated with most pipe tobacco. The flavor isn't bad, and is rather mild, but if you are looking for a classic pipe tobacco flavor, these aren't the ticket. They also have a very, very light menthol flavor...almost non-menthol. But if you are looking for a cheap mild smoke, and don't like much menthol flavor, give them a try.
