I have this machine but under a different name. Plus I paid $99 dollars for it. I like it. Make sure your tobacco isn't to moist.You will get a short fill. Even when the tobacco is dry enough it will over fill the tube but I have no problem with that. The great part is the safety. If the machine jams it shuts off. Clear it and reset it.

This machine is a good idea if it worked right. I had no luck with it. 50% rolled where half filled. Leaves tabacco hanging out, so you have to clean after every tube fill. Chamber does not seem to be correct size (gauged to my manual loader). Would not recomend to my best enemy.

I use this machine with beretta tubes and Red River Smooth pipe tabacco. This machine seems to have a short life span. After the 4th machine I went back to the manual machine.

This is a GREAT little machine for the price. I make two packs every evening, one for my husband, and one for myself. Easy to use, and easy to clean! Definitely would buy again, and have recommended it to family and friends!

it dosen't work called zen no answer an no call back.tryed all different brands of tube's an tabacco. would send it back but if they won't answer there calls i'm sure they won't fix either if they could . done be took for the price of the machine not going to get me for the postage to send it back an resell it to somebody else !!!!!

DUE TO DISABILITIES (TROUBLE USING HANDS/ARMS) BOUGHT THIS MACHINE. STARTED HAVING PROBLEMS (1/2 LOADING-OCCASSIONAL JAMMING-NOT WORKING AT ALL AT TIMES) INFREQUENTLY AT TIMES THEN BECAME MORE FREQUENT. BORROWED BROTHERS T-2 TO USE UNTIL COULD GET SHIPPED BACK FOR EXCHANGE/REPAIR SINCE DIDN'T WORK AT ALL FOR AWHILE. UNFORTUNETLY WAS UNABLE TO GET TO THE POST OFFICE/UPS IN TIME FOR WARRANTEE. TRIED IT AGAIN AFTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS OF SITTING AND NOW IS WORKING AGAIN! STILL SOME INTERMITTANT PROBLEMS BUT WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT SINCE TO LATE TO RETURN. SINCE I LIVE ON SERVICE CONNECTED DISABILITY IF IT BREAKS AGAIN I WILL NOT SPEND THAT KIND OF MONEY TO REPLACE IT AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER MACHINE THAT IS MORE STURDILY BUILT (IE;PLASTIC PARTS ETC.) IF IT WORKED AS IT DID WHEN I FIRST BOUGHT I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BUYING ONE-OR IF U ARE ABLE TO GET OUT TO GET IT BACK TO THE COMPANYWHILE UNDER WARRANTEE.

This thing made about a carton then broke. Something inside is jiggling and the spoon wont come out. I sent it to the manufacturer to see what they will do about it. Not BnB's fault, Just a terrible machine. Stick with the top-o-matics or the micro-matic

i use this machine to roll 2 cartons of smokes a week and no problems so far. Seems like its kinda cheaply made with plasitc gears but as long as you are not too hard on it it should last awhile. [@] HAS IT FOR CHEAPER THOUGH AND FREE SHIPPING!!
