I've always really preferred Honduras-made cigars for the most part though I hadn't ever given Baccarat a try. These Platinum's are really great, the flavor is so unique. The smoke is mild and earthy but there's still a signature sweetness to this cigar. For my own taste, it borders on being a little too sweet, but otherwise I really enjoyed my first experience with Baccarat Platinum. The length and Connecticut wrapper added perfectly to the earthy aroma and gentle draw. It was a great after-dinner kind of cigar and the aroma was definitely reminiscent of some of the old Cuban beauties I've smoked in my lifetime. I would say this box is a pretty good buy for those looking for a mild but intriguing cigar.
