IT always has to finished by hand,the last 20% must be hand packed.But for the price Iam pleased.It would be nice to see the if the company takes care of their buyers.With my company I take care of my investors.hope to get a better machine? One that fills the tube perfect?

When I use this to make my cigs it NEVER fills the bottom...I have tried to pack it differently but then it just fills it half way..I'm at a loss with this thing..guess I'll buy a better one and hope for the best...other than those issues it has still saved us a ton of money on buying packs of cigs

When I purchased my handheld cigarette kinsize injector from BnB tobacco, I was expecting the same old same old with company shipping and handling. I was expecting to get ripped off a bit and delayed a lot. However, this wasn't the case at all! BnB provided a great quality product for the cheapest price around and really came through for me. It was in my hands in no time and there were no hidden and extra fees that seem to be around every corner with companies these days.
