Rocky Patel shipped with mold
I love these cigars, but two of them had mold in them. I contacted customer service the same day. The next day they asked me to send them a picture;which I provided ASAP. A couple days past and I never heard back from anyone. I called their 800 number and the representative wasn't helpful. I was told since I put the request online, that would need to wait until I get a response from them. I waited for the weekend to pass and I called back in. The rep I spoke with this time was very helpful. She processes me another order to replace those cigars. I'm giving the Cigars 5 stars, but a lower score on customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling in. I only put a request online due to the business being closed when I received my cigars. I'm not sure if I would order again.
