Great Tubes Easy To Load
My first purchase was bying the kit, witch included the machine, tubes and tobaco. Duing shipment the machine moved around and damaged a lot of the tubes. I contacted coustomer service and told them about the damaged tubes. They asked me to take a picture of the almost 200 damaged tubes, that could not be used. I did this and very quickly received a credit twards my next order. One sugestion I would make to them is to tape down the machine in the box to prevent this. I have also found on slightly damaged tubes if you use a round pencil to put in to the tube first to straighten out the edges you are able to save many tubes that are slightly damaged.

The Top tube seems to have a larger ID, so it fits on the machine with no resistance. I am able to fill to the filter most every time. It's well made and well named. The best in my tests.
