"This was actually my second full box of H99 that I've purchased. Although, this particular box seemed to be very dry. Nearly half of the box was damaged; cigars had cracked wrappers or caps. This box was returned... after a few emails back and forth BnB gladly excepted the returned cigars for a full refund."
