We get new shipments of products throughout the week. We inspect and throw out product based on manufacturing guidelines. In addition, our products are stored in an environment where the temperature and humdimity are strictly controlled. Your satisfaction is guaranteed

Shipping Guidelines

  • We strive to process all in-stock orders before 4:00 pm EST the same day Monday-Friday.
  • If an item is out of stock, we will attempt to notify you within 24-36 hours via email and/or telephone.
  • All Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Box, and APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS.
  • Items shipped USPS Best Way may take 7-21 days for delivery.
  • All Ground, Three Day, Two Day, and Next Day orders will be shipped via UPS.

  • All Economy orders are shipped using UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost orders are shipped via UPS to your local Post Office where USPS handles final delivery to your mailbox. Transit times may be an additional day or two compared to UPS Ground.
  • Free Shipping orders will be delivered using either Economy (UPS SurePost) or UPS Ground.
  • UPS business days do not include Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays.
  • USPS business days do not include Sundays or Holidays.
  • We ship orders out Monday through Friday. Our warehouse is closed on the weekends and all major holidays.

International Shipping Guidelines

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.

At checkout, choose International. Once you select International and checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
