"Only issue is that these burn out all the way through the filter if not completely put out. Or if you forget about it and leave it in the ashtray, they will burn all the way to the end and fall off onto table, floor, etc. Otherwise, decent tubes."

- Where's the 100 mm tubes.
- We have them on order. Awaiting arrival. Still dealing with COVID manufacturing delays with some products. Sorry for any delay.
- Been a customer for a while, got an email today for free shipping. Went to place the order and the "free" was "NOT" available on my tobacco and tubes choices. That is a bunch of Bull. This is not a good way to retain an ongoing regular customer. Email should have at least said "limited free shipping on some products" (if this is even true). This type of correspondence (email) is a real good way to send your customers to another vendor. I am a Not at all happy customer.
- Let me look into our last set of emails. Typically, it will indicate free shipping on orders over 199. Regardless, it may be deceiving as written and that is not our intention. We appreciate you repeated business.
