THIS MACHONE IS UNRELIABLE

"I only had this machine a few months and it began having issues registering the connection to automate. Within a month after that the piece completely detached. About a $100 later and I have no machine. I am stuck using a Tops single handmade machine because I can't spend another $80-$100 on a machine for it to fall apart like this one, and, the one before that. I have been purchasing from these companies for years and there's always an excuse the warranty has not been honored. I currently await a tobacco/tube order and can't stand having to make 1 cigarettes at a time by hand."

Does it work with hemp wraps?
no. maybe hemp cones but you'll have to hold it onto the machine
