Billing occurs on the ??th of each month.

Pausing or cancelling your subscription can happen at any time. Subscribers
can easily pause or cancel their subscription up until 7 days before ??th of
each month without charge. Subscriptions can be turned back on again just
as easily in the same My Account section. Accounts left inactive for ? months
or more will be terminated.
Reactivation deadline and charges?
Due to regulations and various taxation issues, this product is limited to
addresses within the United States of ‘Murica.
No promotional codes or discount offers are available with these items.

Reviews and Pairing information will be provided for four of the cigars, the fifth
being an unbanded/blind cigar.
Why is one of the cigars unbanded?
The fifth cigar in each subscription sampler comes unbanded and is to be smoked
without knowing what it is or where it comes from. As tobacconists we enjoy helping
folks discover their palate’s ability and encouraging a sense of community around
what we do. Therefore this cigar is meant to be smoked whilst listening or watching
our monthly podcast: Tall Tales of Tobaccology (airing monthly on ??th of each
month, found on most podcast listing sites). Brett J will be smoking the unbanded
cigar with the guest, experiencing it with you as you partake in the show with us!
Are all the cigars sent available for purchase if it was enjoyed?
We make money by being able to sell cigars above and beyond this Cigar of the
Month Sampler. We will strive to have, the majority of cigars included in each
sampler, for sale in five packs and/or boxes! Of course, when we do things like
yellow cello and aged cigars included, we may not always have a ton to be sold
afterwards. Just know it is our goal to provide the cigars included for sale afterwards
once they are smoked!
Will there be multiple tiers to the subscription or just one?
We are going to crawl and walk before we run. For now there will just be one
subscription and not tiers but the sky is the limit and we love doing this so who
knows?!

upfront cost equal to three months of the subscription and 3. 12-Month or We have
faith in yinz to do this right and want to save even more money on this great Cigar
of the Month deal. The latter two will be up front charges and will need to be
renewed as the term reaches its corresponding expiration (of course we will send
you reminder emails for these all).
Will samplers include different strength cigars?
Yes they will but are not limited to mixed strengths. As tobacconists we will strive to
do our best putting these together and pushing great tastes and profiles your way.
This may sometimes include several months where the theme may be based on
profile strength, therefore ending up with similar strength cigars. We look forward to
having fun and doing what we do!
Are all subscribers getting the same cigars?
Yes. In the beginning we will aim to have just one tier where all the smokes are
similar. There could be an instance where due to supply some vitolas are tweaked
but the blends will be the same.
Will there be featured cigar accessories at times?
It is hard to offer accessories in such a manner as the Cigar of the Month club as the
cost is usually prohibitive to including accessories. This may be a function we add
as a future tier level is added.
When do samplers arrive?
We will be charging subscriptions the first week of every month and shipping at the
end of that first week. Any delays seen will be addressed and corrected if needed
but most should arrive the second week of every month.
Will there be a discount associated with an annual subscription paid up
front?
Yes we will offer a small discount for an annual subscription paid in full. To keep
costs low, this cannot be substantial but there will always be something for those
that put their trust in us from the beginning!
Is this established cigars or are there plans to showcase new products in
the samplers?
New product acquisition is always a factor. We do plan to put newer products in the
samplers if we are able to get enough to fill the numbers of the Club. In the
beginning we can see this not being an issue but growth could prevent us from
showcasing too many new products but have no fear we shall do our best to keep
