"I selected BnB to buy my cigars because the item was listed as “in stock” on their website when several other suppliers had it listed as “out of stock”. I added two other items to the order to get free shipping. Shortly after I placed the order I was notified the item was “out of stock” (poor inventory management or outright deception?). I asked them to send the other two items now and the back order item when it comes in. The answer was no unless I paid $7.99 for shipping. This was my first and last purchase with this company."
