"Never received item. If you’re going to ship internationally. You have to know how to do it correctly. Especially for a business. Any item shipped to the EU goes through customs. The parcel is then scrutinized, ie codes, declarations, ect. If none are present. It will stay in customs (aka limbo) never to reach its destination. Through no fault of mine, I paid for the shipping and the items. So why should the buyer actually give you repeat business? Why should the customer be ripped off? I have no item to actually review. So make up your own conclusion. “Hey maybe today I will just throw some cash in the garbage” Thank for your support"
