- I order this product often. Every time I do I receive an email stating they are on back order. Yet in your answers to the questions asked..... B&B states that "We get shipments daily" It has been 8 days since I placed and PAID for my order. Why ?
- Thanks Donald. We do get shipments weekly, not daily. Well i guess they do arrive daily but so many different companies. Unfortunately we are at themercy of the suppliers with many items. We are not a manufacturer and shipments are delayed all the time for us. We do appreciate the business as we do our best to fill orders as they come in. We fill thousands of orders weekly and many folks find themselves with even higher delays these days. I'm looking into your order now to see, but can most likely presume it is a supply issue. We aren't purposefully not making money filling orders. Promise that. Just checked. We are awaiting a shipment on the Golden Harvest Tubes and the OHM Mint at the moment. Please let us know if you'd like to switch the brand so it can ship right away this week rather than waiting til they arrive? For the tubes may we suggest Gambler Full Flavor Kings or Zen Full Flavor Kings? For the tobacco may we suggest Good Stuff Menthol or Menthol Gold?

- Shipments come in almost daily with product. Our system automates an out of stock email when someone orders and the current invoices are filled. They come and go so we always suggest for folks to put the item on order and it will be filled soon as that weeks multiple shipments arrive! Hope this helps. We do our best to fill the hundreds of orders we receive daily!
