"I've had these once or twice before and I think ranked them a 5. Now, rank them a 3, mostly out of disappointment. The first one or two times I had the mollys the fire cured flavor, which I enjoy, was strong. My other favs, which I compare the fat mollys to are parodi amezzati. They are very smokey, but not as refined as the mollys... But this time, the Molly's taste was good, refined, yet the fire cured flavor was weak. Maybe the batch? Anyway, I'll try them one more time and make my final determination.."
