"Very disappointed wuith this company this is twice know that customs have seized my shipment of cigar which means I lose yet another £80 odd on postage also customs wanting over £1200 for250 which would bring that to £5 a cigar, which I can I’ll afford, and all because you won’t disguise the package as a birthday present or something else. I then have to wait ages for my refund. And you ask me how’s it going you are a joke, I’ll go back to my other company they are more expensive but at least I get my Cigars. . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬"
