"These cigars are a nice light flavoured cigar with no real issues. Unfortunately they take a long time to get shipped to Canada and the tracking is awful. Customer service also was not helpful at all when asked what was happening, they just blamed the courier! They didn’t offer to check into it at all! I have worked in customer service for many years and that service was very disappointing."
