Buyer beware-Good Customer That Has To Go Elsewhere
"It won’t let me do no stars as this is what is deserved. I bought a box and were sent the wrong cigars. I thought I did the order wrong so I ordered a 6 pack of the same and got the same wrong cigars again. Since they sent me the wrong cigars again so I checked my original order for the box and I did order correctly. I contacted them and they said they would send me a replacement for the 6 pack but couldn’t help me with the box I got as I put them in my humidor. They were all still in the wrappers so thought was BS. . Asked them to reconsider and the only thing they would do is give me 10% off my next purchase. Thanks but no thanks. I have bought a bunch of boxes and several singles over the last year so have spent a good amount of money. It was their error twice and think 10% off doesnt compare having a box of cigars that were not what I wanted. Wrong wrapper and gauge but just accept it. They are good cigars but not what I ordered (2 times)."
