"A really nice perfect cutter, sharp and efficient in its job. Could only do 4 stars though because it has limitations, designed preference for rounded caps. Round cap, good cut, shallow or flat cap can take too much off. Still, it does a good job for about 30% of my cigars, punches, v cutters and standard guillotine works for the rest."
