"I ordered Deans strawberry flavored filtered cigars and didn’t receive the right order! Instead I received the full flavor Deans cigars. Called and complained and never got a return call or letter. I would like a full refund or what I paid for and ordered! Not what you feel like sending me. If not corrected I will never order from Deans again!"
