The Virginias bring a natural sweetness to the fore, while the Latakia and semi-fired lay down a quiet earthiness that runs throughout.

"I'm returning to pipe smoking after a 10 year break. I was and still am a novice piper. I really liked Dunhill Nightcap back then. I found this Metropolis to taste pretty similarly. . . I'm no expert and attempting to recall from memory, but metropolis hits what I want in a tobacco. I'd buy it again on my next order."
