"Wont be using BnB again unfortunately, but dont let my experience turn you away. ill start by saying BnB previously was great with my prior order were I used their regular shipping option. My most current order did not yield the same experience though. ordered the monte cristo memories for a quick during day smoke. wanting them faster then my last BnB shipment i opted for ups ground service, unfortunately for me choosing that option with BnB directly removed ability to have package be delivered directly. instead it triggered a UPS action of signature required for delivery in order to receive these. be that as it may i intended to keep checking tracking estimate times so that I would not miss the UPS driver. i had helped a neighbor in morning and my estimated arrival time at 9am was between 2pm-6pm. since helping others leaves me fatigued from disability i took a much needed nap and awoke at 1240pm or so. . first thing i did was check my tracking on UPS and I see the dreaded could not reach adult for signature please check for ups missed notification. this is still before the 2pm-6pm estimate and it said they attempted delivery at 1156am almost 2-4hrs ahead of their delivery estimate. . . they purposely made me miss my delivery which voided the whole reason i paid extra for faster ups ground shipping. i checked ups policy and the only time they deliver packaged before the estimated delivery time is when specific paid Air shipping services are used. . . I used UPS ground so there should have been no logical reason for them to delivery prior to estimated delivery of 2-6pm. . . ive used ups ground often (not with signature requirements even for tobacco products) and they have never ever delivered before estimated delivery time it seemed like they were just trying to make sure one persons day was ruined. the MC memories are fine thought emotionally the whole experience around these MC memories is utterly a bad memory! i wont be buying from BnB again since their process with UPS still needs to be streamlined!!! I have ordered from another tobacco shop that isnt bnb and actually placed order today from the alternate reputable tobacco shop, i placed my order like I usually do from their site and purposely chose their UPS ground option like ive done before and unlike bnb their is no signature needed when using UPS since my age verification was already verified by the alternate tobacco shop unlike bnb. i called the customer service of this alternate tobacco shop and she verified that unless i lived in socialistic California or Delaware a signature would not be needed for my tobacco products since my age was already verified before or at time of purchase. when I called bnb i suggested this after ups skipped my delivery window person seemed more resolute about shaming me for not seeing additional signature would be required using non bnb shipping which put a sour taste in my mouth. time is money and money is time i dont like wasting either therefor my business wont be coming back to bnb. there are better shops out there but i try to support as many as i can to help keep business alive with my patronage. when business models fail to help retain those patrons i go where appreciation follows."
