Finer cut for cigarette tubes?

"Very excellent robust flavor. Problem I’m having with most of the tobaccos I purchase is getting a full, proper density pack with my Powermatic IV. All the bulk tobaccos I come across say they’re pipe tobacco. Do I just need to get a pipe or is there a good choice of tobaccos specifically for stuffing tubes? I’m a lifelong, multi trade craftsman with good finger sense and control. I get many right but have way too many useless rejects I have to recycle while wasting a tube. Please advise.
