"I can not honestly answer the survey, one I ordered the tu es in error, two I don't smoke, I am the trustee/beneficiary of my adult nephew and the tobacco is his. He has ask me to order through BNB Tobacco, because one of his roommates order through this company. I will say, so far I have found this company honestly managed with helpful staff, efficient, timely service. I sent an email last weekend and received a call back on Monday and I received my shipment that Friday. I appreciate the associates assistance and the great service. While I can't help promote the product for the tops filtered rolling papers. I can encourage the service and products have been great."
